(OOC) There should be dedicated zones for such play, in which nonroleplayers who invade and engage in combat must also engage in suitable roleplay.

Roleplay alliances whom are dedicated to one of the mighty empires of New Eden should be given a "homefield advantage", IE: NPC-Class shiphulls that share equal stats to the police enforcement and navies of said empires that may only be used in said zones.

Roleplay alliances whom lash out at irregular space may continue to roleplay, but those whom defend against their assault are not required to do so, though they must respect the attackers playstyle. (END OOC)
