If you consider dropping unsupported combat Roquals, losing 3 billion isk clones on a destroyer whelp fleet, and flying more comedy fleets than serious comps fun, then I nominate Rote on the basis of "we have more fun than anyone else."

We are also not bad when we have our serious pants on.... but this does not happen often.

Cant really think of any that stand out in ustz, but eutz would have some good choices imo.
