Im running a drake in a fleet doing 4s right now . My buddy takes all aggro..Im setting up a pure dps drake t2 and was wondering if target painters will actually help with dps.. ty

First of all, Drake is not the best DPS choice in the world.

But to answer your question.

When using T1 ammo it will help vs anything smaller than a cruiser.

When using T2 Fury ammo it will help vs anything smaller than a battlecruiser.

So yes they help and how much they help depends on the ammo you are using.

Thats just the damage type not the tech level

If using normal trauma and not the Fury kind then it will work on anything smaller than a cruiser.

As said painters will help, the smaller the target the more they will be helping.
