I remember reading in a forum post that there are people who will run missions to raise standings for other players. I am strictly mining and production. I want standings with Brutor Tribe but they only offer Security missions which I cannot do.

Is there anyone who will help me raise my standings with Brutor Tribe? I am only looking to stay in high sec.

Guess you're looking for tax free NPC Corporation refinery use. (6.67 Modified Personal Standing). There's player corps that advertise a standing service in the 'Sell Orders' sub-forum. Might be a bit expensive.

Raising up NPC Corp standing is fairly easy, especially with Social skills trained up. Connections skill will increase your current positive standings and the Social skill will increase the amount of standing gained for completing missions. Might as well train up Negotiation for max payment reward and increased Agent Effective standing. Brutor Tribe has all Agent levels and Divisions:

Security = Combat Missions
Distribution = Courier Missions
Mining = Mining Missions

Basically it wouldn't take very long to do it yourself, especially with the Social skills trained up. Just have to do some Mining or Distribution missions.

Brutor has a L2 distribution agent in Ivar. Brutor also has a story line agent in Rens (3 Jumps from Ivar) and Frarn (2 jumps from Ivar) which if I am looking at everything correctly means that you should be able to grind there if needed in a cargo cruiser or industrial. (these are also the closest two Minmatar faction SL agents).

Yeah, it'll be slow but you can auto-pilot it while doing laundry cooking dinner, etc...
