I would keep around half of it to lose it on low and null. With the other half I would buy ships and modules, hide them on remote systems and left clues to find them; some in the space, others on the forums or another webs. I think it could improve the roleplaying aspect of the game. And it would be fun.

I have been seeking a loan of approximately 20B ISK - I have been wanting to secure several expensive BPOs that I cannot afford at the moment and set up a research station (or two) for reseach, copying, and invention with said BPOs. At the rate I am generating ISK right now, it will take me quite a while before I can afford the BPOs that I would like to buy; this ISK would make a HUGE difference in the way I can play the game as it will give me a large boost in my capabilities, which are currently limited only by the amount of ISK that I can afford to spend right now.

This would be a huge change for my game playing, and I would have a blast being able to afford the BPOs that I've been looking for for a while. I'd use the isk to further my corps construction programmes, more BPO's, more resources, and another dedicated production alt or 3.

Both to provide a better support system for alliance peeps, and to present a better market face to the rest of eve.

I don't crave power, sov or leet PvP status, I just crave stability and a reputation for being reliable (at least as far as the alliance is concerned...)

I've already seen a lot of very good goals on the first page, and I just do not think people wanting the ISK for themselves have any chance of receiving it any more (they wouldn't if I were the one giving it away anyway).

I'm surprised this thread has grown to 5 (and probably more to come) pages.

I`d use some of it to fund my abilitly to play eve.

My wife and I had our first child last may, and with her being on maternity leave has left us without much expendable income.

I would also use most of it to fund cap building. Something i`ve always wanted to do, but never had the isk to do so.

I`ve been playing for many many years, but I always seem to blow my isk on ships :)

I don`t even want it all (wouldn`t say no to it) but just some would be appreciated :)

I will bite.

I would use the 20 billion to further fund the newbie PvP training program I have been doing for nearly 4 years. We take new (and old) CAS pilots out on PvP roams. Unlike every other group in the game that does pvp training, CAS reaches out to pilots that haven't necessarily already decided that pvp will be part of their careers. The newest pilot I have taken out had 4 hours of playtime, as a player not pilot. We meet them where they're at--when they first begin Eve. To help this along there is a free JC service (they did 50 clones over a 12 hour period last Friday). When on a CAS roam every participant is offered free replacement ships (T1 frig and cruiser). There are a few T2 role specific ships that are on the replacement lists as well like interdictores and interceptors and such.


Here are some videos I made to help newbies prepare.

Considering that most of the replacement ships are T1 20 billion would be... enough to fund the operation permanently I believe. While a full 20 billion would be put to use even a smaller amount would help ease the costs of the program. Currently I am working on establishing forward bases with stockpiles of ships, ammo and drones so that losses while out roaming can be replaced without having to turn the gang around and go back to base.

If you really are interested in helping with this endeavor I can provide more details of what we do as well as the end results. That way you can see what we do is real and has real results. Donations are always welcome, even if it less then the full 20 billion.

If I received the isk I would setup a new lottery service. Kill to win. Simply put, I would out lotteries up for a day with ships for a day like carriers and dreads and faction BS's. If you get a kill or killed you can submit your kill/lossmail as a ticket and after 24 hours a winer will be drawn.

Put it up and reward every good post in the forums, those that stick to the spirit of EVE and what it represents with ISK. On the reverse i'd pay for suicide ganks against those who openly troll the forums with suggestions that go contrary to the core principles.

If I got your ISK, I would make a character named Mattius the Magnificent.

That character would have his Bio describing your life and sudden, mysterious departure in RPG-style, and a permanent link to this thread. I wouldn't spend your ISK on pimped PVP-mobile, as that's easiest thing a person can do. Instead, I would invest it in the char like I do with my other characters: with a purpose and goals, for implants, skillbooks and ships, spreading your legacy and continuing your story long after you are gone from the game.

Also, if you ever return to our beloved Universe at any time, I promise to give you that character to do with him how you please (if you ever decide you want him). If you perhaps don't ever return, and I decide to leave as well, I will make a token auction of the char, or give him to the person I know will use him, so his story can continue.

I would use the ISK to fund a new corporation that will declare war on all miners. Why? Because asteroids have souls too. The despicable miners slowly suck out there soul and deposit it in there cargohold, and they don't stop there. They then, without a hint of remorse, "refine" what's left of their soul into some new, different, abomination. The asteroids consciousness is then split into thousands of different "minerals", which drives the already tortured soul into insanity and madness. These minerals are then sold to the highest bidder, and are used to form some giant flying demon. The consciousness is forever split into several different flying monsters, or, if they're lucky, will all form the same flying creature from the lands of hell. They have the rest of eternity to become accustomed to their madness. They are accompanied by the millions of other shards of another asteroid's soul, screaming "WHY?", again and again. They do this until they become so mad they are can't form coherent speech, and then, they simply drift... forever. A fate worse than death.

Where is the justice in this? We, as players, must take action. If we do not, we are as bad as the monsters that commit these atrocious crimes.

I am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.

Many years ago, a great Amarrian, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the Emancipation Proclamation.This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Minmatar slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.

But one hundred years later, the Minmatar still is not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Minmatar is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Minmatar lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Minmatar is still languished in the corners of Amarrian society and finds himself an exile in his own land. And so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.

In a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every Amarrian was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men, yes, Minmatar men as well as Amarrian men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable Rights" of "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." It is obvious today that Amarr has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, Amarr has given the Minmatar people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."

But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. And so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind Amarr of the fierce urgency of Now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. Now is the time to make justice a reality for all of God's children.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment. This sweltering summer of the Minmatar's legitimate discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning. And those who hope that the Minmatar needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to business as usual. And there will be neither rest nor tranquility in Amarr until the Minmatar is granted his citizenship rights.

But there is something that I must say to my people, who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice: In the process of gaining our rightful place, we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. Let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterness and hatred. We must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. We must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. Again and again, we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the Minmatar community must not lead us to a distrust of all Amarrian people, for many of our Amarrian brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny. And they have come to realize that their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.

And as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall always march ahead.

We cannot turn back.

There are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, "When will you be satisfied?" We can never be satisfied as long as the Minmatar is the victim of the unspeakable horrors of police brutality. We can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. We cannot be satisfied as long as the Minmatar's basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. We can never be satisfied as long as our children are stripped of their self-hood and robbed of their dignity by signs stating: "For Amarrians Only." We cannot be satisfied as long as a Minmatar in Amarr Prime cannot vote and a Minmatar in Khanid Prime believes he has nothing for which to vote. No, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until "justice rolls down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream."

I am not unmindful that some of you have come here out of great trials and tribulations. Some of you have come fresh from narrow jail cells. And some of you have come from areas where your quest -- quest for freedom left you battered by the storms of persecution and staggered by the winds of police brutality. You have been the veterans of creative suffering. Continue to work with the faith that unearned suffering is redemptive. Go back to Amarr Prime, go back to Mekhios, go back to Radonis, go back to Syrikos V, go back to Ezzara VI, go back to the slums and ghettos of our northern planets, knowing that somehow this situation can and will be changed.

Let us not wallow in the valley of despair, I say to you today, my friends.

I will use the funds to help the loyal Minmatar free those from the villainous Amarrians who enslave them.

Honestly, I'd use it to buy PLEX for new corp members who can't afford to continue to pay their subscription or old players who are moving on to star wars, etc. and don't want to pay for 2 different MMO's.

Well... lets see... What would I do with 20b isk...
Since I am an studying engineering and have not much time to play and cannot afford PLEXes enought, I would sub my character for years, wich I love, and I would see how It grows and becomes the best warmachine in New Eden.
