Forum background images now load repeatedly

The (rather large) background image for the forums now loads from scratch on every single page. Looks like someone was a bit too zealous with the no-cache rules. It's kind of annoying, slows the forums down no end and presumably increases load on the servers having to serve out that many more images for what is a static and entirely cacheable resource. Fix would be appreciated.
