I bought a character off the forums.. and received an email at 5:13pm (-8 PST) on 2/8/12 saying that the bla blah character was being transferred to my account, it is now 11:08pm on 2/9/12 and I have not received the character. What is going on? Is it going to be there after this Down Time or is there a issue on CCP's end? Or maybe I got hard core scammed?
