Going back to the issue of the proliferation of supercaps - what about making them t2 versions of the carrier - making them substantially more expensive to build. :) That might help. Cos don't you think it's kind of weird that the only t2 capital is the jump freighter? Damn 7 BILLION isk ship and it doesn't even have t2 resists!!!

And whichever damn fool came up with the idea of LOWERING the skill requirement from racial battleship 5 to 4 needs to be taken outside, stood up to his neck in cow dung against the barn door and shot by a firing squad wearing gas masks. Capital combat ships should quite correctly take time to skill into. Isk helps a huge amount when it comes to what you fly but nothing, absolutely nothing, replaces skills.
