I am currently testing in SiSi a duel rep duel NOS Cruor.
So far it appears to run with all mods cap stable at 12%. Still trying to divine whether this makes its tank function and/or will make the NOS function like a neut under these conditions.

I wanted to paint my space ship red, but I couldn't find enough goats.

It is in-game DPS that is countered by the drag-factor of the range and tracking that turrets rely heavily upon. Though the Enyo has both great tracking and decent ranges, the best Vengeance fits, in my opinion, are ones that fit an Afterburner, Scram, and Web, and have a SAR and a plate. Those fits fully utilize everything the Vengeance has to offer more than twin-rep fits by employing far greater actual damage, greater range control, etc. Even if you, in your Enyo, run into a twin rep Vengeance {not as popular as the web fit Vengeances in my experience}, I think the outcome will still be in favour of the Vengeance. Not only is the Vengeance able to brawl extremely well, but more than likely will be able to exploit the weaknesses of your turrets a few times during the battle, enough to turn the tide in his favour. You also should never underestimate the ability to choose which damage type to shoot, the Vengeance can do this the Enyo can't. Furthermore, you might understand that both the twin rep Vengeance and the twin rep Enyo might be fighting other things that are able to control range on them {what with being super slow and not fitting a web}, and the Vengeance will really shine in these situations, being able to do most of it's DPS all the way out to the edge of scram range depending on the pilot's skills, whereas the Enyo {especially when fitting Ions} will suffer greatly from comparatively poor turret ranges.

Ive tried a dual rep ishkur a bit, but it was hell keepin the reps running as it required cap rigs and/or a cap booster. I feel like resist rigs, a web, and a single rep work better. You cant rep as much raw hp but you can do it for longer, which means youre applying damage longer. Repping a lot of dps is great but once your boosters run out youre done.

I used to have a clever sig but I lost it.

This is true. A good vengeance pilot will try to keep high DPS frigates at that 8-9km sweetspot though. Your 440 DPS Enyo loses the majority of it's DPS at that range. Both the Vengeance and Enyo have about 8k EHP without armour plates. Your vengeance will do the same DPS throught the scramble range. At point blank range - 440 dps vs. 160ish and an impressive tank it will be a coin toss. But < 200 DPS vs. 160ish and an impressive tank - you'll win hands down as the Vengeance.

If you're T3 boosted - the dual rep is a better choice b/c your tank is so much more that DPS frigates can't break it in time.
