Apart from the cost (8b vs 2b) what else is different?

? use the compare tool. IDK dose one have slightly difrent over heat, cap use, cycle time, or fitting?

as people wrote earlier... name and tag are different but as you can see... stats are exactly the same
In times when price of Invu was "dictated" by CN/DG and Estamel... so 450mln and 10bln.... some ppl logic set value of those at 8bln.... some others "invest" ISK in item and now they are in "deep ass ". Thats why its 8bln LolLol
