* Thanks for typing a reply to that long ass post of mine. Your links did not work when I posted (nor within the hour after I initially tried them), but yes they do work now.

* Most stuff you post is sensible, I can agree with it, or at least respect our difference in opinion, and you got reasonable reasons for your opinions, but two things stand out:

a) You have to re-check how cloaks works my man, you call me out for re-checking them but your info are out of date, not mine! Yes, you used to be able to cloak, log off and then stay cloaked during the timer. That has been fixed by CCP, try it yourself (I just did again, just as I posted this). Nowadays when you log off, your cloak disappear immediately, you start get into speed and then e-warp. This in fact makes you easier to probe, as you stay longer in your safe.
- (I'd agree that I think this is most sensible, and this is how cloaking should work, this is also a nerf to the permacloaking - that's how it should work, even tho it will kill people who disconnect unfortunately, it is the one and only fix to cloaks that was needed.. but technicly this means a d/c or log off means your cloaker die, all it takes is one hostile prober with some skills. If we'd get the "your ship stays cloaked when you log with cloak running" back, then I'd more likely to accept a timer, submarine or similar. As it is, it's unreasonable, now it takes 1 hostile with probes and you are forced into permacloaking, whether you planned it or not. This happens to me on a permament basis, I live in hostile null and I simply can't move on or log because of 1 other guy - who might as well be perma-cloaking in his prober btw!)

b) I disagree with your jumpbridge comments. Yes, you can kill people on gates between JB-systems. Yes, you can kill people on JB's themselves (I've solo'd people there in stealthbombers and supers myself). But they are a deterrent to small scale PvP, and makes it way too easy to blob and defend areas. Same goes for titan JB's, and this is why they have to go. It's simply way too easy to move (big) blobs of people at a whim. If you move a small roaming gang, say 1-5 people, and you quickly hit a beltratter to provoke a fight, you should at least get the same chance of burning out of system as the locals. They have numbers, they have POS, they have potential outposts and ship swap, they have intel tools, numbers, they have everything at their disposal. You only have speed and possibly superior tactics. It makes absolutely no sense that they, at zero effort, should be able to completely lock you in - unless you in some way fail. If they are faster than you and lock down gates they deserve it. Having a JB or titan at hand, just makes it excessive. It's a PvP deterrent, and we need PvP incentitives, not deterrents.
