But sense u seem lazy read this then, 200 shares * 50m is 10b now i need to make 10% each month before i make any profit, if all shares are sold i need to make 1b each month minimum before i make any profit. with current shares sold its 77/200 that is total invested isk. $3,850,000,000.00 so i need to make a $385,000,000.00M to make a profit. but hey if my math is wrong and ur right looks like im making 20-30 B.

Unless you are completely brain dead you would not give out 100% of the shares to your corporation (obviously, as this could lead to a takeover) so the options are - have a holding company with the shares that you hand out to people, or - have more shares in your main company that 'directors' hold and hand out additional shares to others.

The problem here is that we only have YOUR word that you are actually handing out shares to people as you say, and you could potentially be handing out additional shares to other people (alts as holders then real people as they come along) and be raising MORE than 10bn while making it look that is all you are raising.

And yes - you know 'moderate' is a subset of 'own' right ? I personally don't give a rats arse if you own your web site or not, but the fact that you control the information that is put there still remains.

Oh, and don't forget that I even offered to pay for a full audit for you, and you STILL refused to take me up on that - what are you hiding eh ? so.. how many 'trolls' would sink their own isk in trying to prove you legit ?

There is no point trying to reason with this thick headed individual, I can only guess that he's just really that bad and that stupid, else he's a very clever stubborn scammer.

Doesn't matter which he is I'd highly recommend that no one invests in him till he learns some business smarts.

Slight issue is that in eve you can sell all your shares as CEO and yet so long as no one in the corp has shares they cant do anything.

Shares outside a corp can be used to vote on things, get mail spam from wardecs, alliance changes and BPO lock and unlock spam but nothing else sadly, this possibly should be looked into

Also I'd like to point out since your not actually selling anything can we move this back to market discussion where it belongs.

I have no idea why this got moved to sell orders, this isn't even a service really, your asking for investments using shares as lol collateral.

Lastly I conclude that the only reason you get your threads moved is to get the blue stamp to make it look official.

Just for anyone to note his biggest investor is an admitted scammer, which is hardly the sort of person who invests heavy amounts into shadey businesses, likely alt or co scammer.

Who cares if you own the website, all that means is that YOU control all the balls thats is put on there!.....doesnt have to be true just that you are controlling it which just makes it worthless.

You have failed to demonstrate your honorable intentions by :

A) Securing assets of your own
B) Allowing an ourside audit
C) Showing a track record


You look dodgy as hell

And probably are...

I would advise anyone who is looking at "investing" in this waste of space to just move along and find a reliable investment scheme or you will find yourself being another statistic in this guys list of people he has scammed.

And you DO realise that you controlling the share count and keeping it out of game just makes it a ton easier to pull off the 'sell the same shares multiple times' scam right ? so thanks for admitting you fail even harder.

Also, as for your 'omg, I run my own server, and have my own domain' - really, woopy ****, I was probably on the net before you were born, but you don't see me bringing that up as it is completely irrelevant to the topic, the point was, you moderate the content that is displayed to the users, which is another point of trust and a point that can be easy to manipulate unbeknown to the investor where you can say one thing or remove information that is no longer pertinent in your mind in order for you to constantly come out smelling like roses.

I don't really care to convince you of this - Your 'investment' business stinks so badly and you fail so hard that its already been shown that you're either a scammer that fails badly or someone that's simply too braindead to recognise how trust works., I'd tend to still go with the former but have not dismissed the second, either way, this is a BAD investment.

Also, I've tried to engage you in meaningful discussion, however, YOU seem to regularly fall back to rants when you seem unable to actually answer questions multiple people have put to you (sorta like you did there with the 'omg, I'm an admin of my own dedicated server!!11!1!eleventy!11!' ). So, I'd have to say, pot, kettle, etc.
