Implants Sign Error. PPG0 +2%, but PPG1 -6% duration ?

I tripplechecked this.

This is what the info shows for the PPG0, compared to the PPG1 HardWiring.

I'm posting this because i can't be sure that the PPG0 wouldn't actually INCREASE the scanning time,
which would really kill it's point. :)

So, can somebody check/confirm that it's only the info that shows it wrong,
or is the actual bonus really applied incorrectly ?

Yeah, sure, i could check myself and buy them ... but that makes no sense! :)

either its a mis-spelling or true, it should give -2% .
just like rof bonuses etc. its a complete mix of what they state, positive or negative numbers, it needs an overhaul but CCP are unaware of this issue of misinformation or they dont care.
