I am trying without success to calculate how much ORE I need to make a carrier effectivly. not minerals I have like 5 programs that does that I want a program that will pretty much tell me you want to make this item? ok you need X numbers of Y components X number of Y minerals or you need X number of Y ore type. I am trying to pick which ore to mine for the best yield for the buck so to speak I don't want to mine something in mass that gives me unusual number for a part.

Example : Say I want to make Capital Drone Bays enough to make a thanatos carrier. I need 58 Drone bays to make the thanatos so I need around 20m trit, 5m pyrite, 2m mexxalon, 270k isogen, 75k nocxium, 15k zydrine, 5k megacyte. So how much ore of what type and in what quanity would I need to make all this?

This just gets harder when I have to chose multiple Items I want to make sure as every part for the thanatos or archon or whatever.

Any suggestions on a program that works good?

Whatever you can mine for the best profit.

Then sell the stuff you don't need from it, using the profits to buy the rest.

I do that for the bigger ores like mega and zydrine and nocxium but I am trying to mine out all the lesser ores as close as possible as I can to what I need.

Kind of old and outdated now, but I love this site.

Need to know how much ore to mine in order to yield a certain order of minerals? https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=67477 It will even calculate how long you can expect for it to take!

No to the second one that just tells me how much ore I have when I have a certain M3 of stuff I am looking for something that will tell me this

I need
400000 trit
6000 pyrite
100 megacyte
5000 isogen

It tells me that to get this you need to mine x amount from these y type ores.
example with the above would be

mine
20k veldspar
4k kernite
and 500 arkonor

Didn;t do the math so its probably wrong but I want something that can do that at least. website downloadable I don't care just something that can do it.

What I linked DOES exactly that. Go back to the sheet and give it another try. There are 2 tabs on the spreadsheet, one where you input your inventory, and another where you input your desired total MINERAL yield. On the "contract orders" tab, it shows what you need to mine in the green area, and how long it will take you.
