Idea for Contraband.

I was thinking about how much there is in the game that is considered contraband, then i was thinking, why cant we turn over contraband to concord for some sort of reward?
To this end i came up with an idea.
Why not have it where you can go to a concord station and request a contraband container.
This would be a fairly light container that you could put in your ships cargo bay.
The only things you could put in it are contraband (drugs and such), and once you put it in the container you cant remove the contraband.
Upon docking up to a concord station, or perhaps meeting with a customs ship you would be given the option to turn over the contraband for a small reward.
Concord or customs would take the contraband from your container, pay you a small reward for turning it in, and you could go on your way :)
Or maybe instead of an isk reward it could be some loyalty points or maybe some security standing you would gain.
Actully, if you would want to go full into the idea, maybe it would be loyalty points you would gain that can be turned in for an entirely new list of items as rewards for helping 'clean up the contraband'.

Well, I've seen many stranger ideas, that's for sure.

I do wonder about the plausibility of it though. I mean, what do you think would happen if you showed up at the police station with a package of (it seems the forum doesn't like specific names, lets just say "bad drugs")? I have a feeling they would arrest you for possession, rather than handing you some cash.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure specific items are only contraband to certain factions, not to Concord itself. So it would be more like turning it in to the faction's stations (likely the militia corps or something) instead of Concord.
