First of all, your name disgusts me. Not in the military, and clearly no respect for the military. Secondly your bank sucks, and third your terrible attempt of givng BS loans blows. I'll give you 500m collateral for 1bil loan. Lets see if it happens.

This idea is malformed at best. If you're serious about pursuing this as a business I would suggest putting together a more thorough presentation and providing set terms for all the different types of loans you're considering. This is just haphazard.

Here is a better format.

I hope you're trolling with this.

It might not even be a scam, just a really poorly conceived plan.

If I gave 950 million isk as collateral to receive a 1 billion isk loan I'm escentially asking for a 50 million isk loan.

Anyone that has 950 million isk in the bank is more than capable in obtaining just 50 million more.

Not sure with these numbers who would be attracted to loans barely above the collateral amount.

Cool Please excuse the double post.

Using the formula provided. If a person wanted to take out a 115 million isk loan the collateral he would owe is 114.96 million isk.

The difference being exactly 38,155.05 isk.

Not sure, again, what demographic OP is targeting. Whether requesting a large loan or a small loan, his formula hardly renders nothing but a 0 risk investment, and doesn't actually assist people in obaining capital to make isk off of.

I'm pretty sure the op would have people making payments off the whole loan excluding collateral. If you were paying off of just the difference most loans would be paid off the day after they were loaned the money, which begs the question. Why would you need a loan?

Given the choice between him trolling or just being unable to figure that out for himself, I still hope it was a troll. Ugh

You sure?

This this seems far too confusing to be a scam.

Sorry OP but if you can't understand it, you wouldn't use the service.

The other directors and I are changing the collateral and interest. It is profitable this way, but shareholders tend to be more greedy. We are going to barely undercut all competition. I will be modifying the collateral and interest in the corporations favor. We will be the corporation that will require less collateral and less interest. Sorry for the people that were glad to see us make this huge undercut and retract it. I will be modifying the OPs to accommodate this change.

This has been edited to the new changes.

Sooooo now you want 110% collateral? I, too, am willing to give out loans of any size for 110% collateral and then charge 10% on the full value of the loan. ShockedLol

I will start a new fund called the "Broken Kneecap Fund"

This is so stupid I don't know whether to laugh or troll....

110% collateral and 40% interest? (that's using the normal monthly thing)

Anyone that wants a loan and can put up 110% collateral should just make a thread for about 5% interest - they'll get their isk and not get ripped at the same time.

Anyway, must dash. Need to look up the thread on eve-search to see what needed redacting.
