Thinking of building a new gaming rig

Not sure when to take the leap.

I'm envisioning a rig with:

-SSD drive, about 120+ GIGS for Win7 and games/apps
-2 internal 2TB drives for storage
-4GB+ ram (DDR4 out yet?)
-Latest graphics card
-Latest motherboard
-Latest CPU

I already have an awesome case with a good power supply. Monitor, DVD/CD drive, speakers, accessories, all are present.

I hear the price of hard drives is high right now, due to the supply chain being messed up because of the tsunami in Japan. Heard that it'll stabilize by summer.

So the question is, should I do it now, or is there anything worth waiting for, for a few more weeks or months? I'm sure there's ALWAYS something worth waiting for, but is there something really really worth waiting for??? I haven't built a rig in a few years so I'm not up to date on what's hot right now.

7970 from ATI is already out, Nvidia's answer due out this quarter, Intel's new 2011 socket processors have come out, Bulldozer from AMD is soonish, IIRC. DDR4 may still be a year or more away.

Sig blah blah blah blah
