[Forums] Signature not accepting valid URLs with anchors // broken preview

It seems like the URL validation for signatures doesn't accept some completely valid URLs containing special characters.

To name an example, I can't link to my twitter account using the new URL style used by twitter: http://twitter.com/#!/Aethlyn

If I try to do it, I get an error message "Invalid signature format" which is VERY misleading due to the code being completely valid.

From my observations the editor won't accept any URLs containing a #, which is something that should be changed.

Different issue - so far I've got the text shown in my signature in the edit field.

If I click on "Signature Preview" now, both links are removed (obviously stripped due to being HTML?).

Also it would be very helpful to have some button to toggle between WYSIWYG and plain text, especially considering those code/HTML issues.
