Concept is fantastic, there HAS to be a more tranparent system in place to joining and receiving payouts for Tournaments but either way there is a lot of potential!

Making isk has never been this much fun....and the banker AI is more fun than shooting NPC's (Molto is the exception) :P

Haha, well in all honesty I love EOH Poker and I do have my favorite bankers, and Norrin is one of them. Mainly because this person can multi task like a boss, and can deal with people being rude very well.

Please submit a help ticket on the website or contact any banker (or myself) in-game so we can investigate the incident and take appropriate action.

The only racist issue we have had in a long time was quickly dealt with. The offender was banned from our site immediately. One player tired to use the fact of a person making a single racist comment as an excuse to demand his buy in back and got upset when he was not refunded. Eve and EOH are adult places. The EOH tables have a mute feature so you can block any person. EOH can not do more than demand racists comments stop and ban the player if he does not peacefully comply. EOH has the same rules as any real life casino in regards to allow comments. Racists issues happen a few times a year - we deal with them swiftly. Nothing more can be done than banning the person.

What can be more transparent than sending isk to a banker and him updating games to show your buy in was received? If you have a better idea I am all ears. We are always open to improvements.

EOH has been running games none stop for over 5 years. We host hundreds of poker games a day. This is the first time anyone has suggested we need a more "transparent" system.

EOH is the most overlooked source of ISK in Eve. The other day, for the heck of it, I decided to try ratting for the first time. Up until now my only source of ISK has been EOH. While we were shooting rats, I was playing EOH. After 15min I got what Eve players call a "tick". It was about 3 mil. I know what you're thinking. Some people make like 25 mil a tick. Wow that's a lot. I look forward to the day I can grind out 100mil an hour. Anyways, during that tick I made 150 mil in a ring game. YOU CAN TOO.

Great service. I have to use my alt because my name is too long, but once we figured that out things went great. So FYI if your name is more than 24 letters/space/ect make an alt with a shorter name!
