The Tower Bridge Travelodge is pretty decent, good rooms, okay-ish prices, and it's literally just across the road from the pub.

There are some other hotels close by, of varying quality/price.

Hal.
Why yes, yes I am going to shoot you.

And a bar that never closes.

Yes. But also horribly soft beds :p

A couple of us are trying the Premier Inn across from the pub as well. The stagger is just as short, and we're hoping the beds are better ;) But yes, Travelodge is hella convenient.

Veto always throws the best parties.

Whether you're an old veteran of the London scene or a fresh face, you can rest assured the Veto crowd will treat you right. Verone is The Man, and he always likes to meet new people. Don't be afraid if this is your first time - the Veto crowd are welcoming and friendly to newcomers, and they definitely made me feel at home at my first meet way back in 2008. Verone's a close personal friend of mine and I would sooner chop my own todger off than miss a chance to ruin my liver with him.

Count on my presence.

Ah they're not so bad, it's the inch thick pillows that you have to fold over 3 times that are the problem.

If they're like other Premier Inns then the beds are pretty much the same but the pillows are made out of more than cardboard.

i44 is looking less and less likely due to funds, but I can get a day travelcard to London for a tenner, so I may well poke my head in here instead :)

5 weeks before we drain their supply of Vodka once more and force them to send a staff running to another bar for more!
