problem creating links between buildings (drug manufacturing)

So Idea is to do 2 reactions in the same pos that goes like this:

1. GenSilo(A)+BioSilo(A)->Reactor(A)->GenSilo(B)+HazSilo(A)
2. GenSilo(B)+BioSilo(B)->Reactor(B)->GenSilo(A -problem)+HazSilo(B)

the problem arises when I try to create a link between the second reactor and general silo that feeds water to the first reactor. Once i drag the link it says starting up, but after applying changes it just resets and does not connect.

I am attaching pictures for better visuals. Sorry in advance for my pro paint skills.

I know extra general silo would solve the thing, however i cant really fit it in now. Only solution is to switch to caldari pos, but I would like to know if above scheme is not viable for some reason?

I really think that to solve this problem, you will have to do one at a time or go to a larger tower HOWEVER...

I am having exactly the same problem as you describe trying to produce exile

I have the correct ratio of water to Cytoserocin and the correct reaction in and the two general silos for water feed in/out but the reaction says it is starting (reports that all items are correctly linked) but when I go back the reaction has not started and reports that not all links are complete!!!

Is it broken I wonder?

I am aware of my own ignorance and have checked my emotional quotient - thanks for asking
