Add 'Certificates' for Tier 3 Battlecruisers and Faction Ships.

Almost every ship has recommended certificates. It is about time we sealed the deal. CCP has all of the power to do so.

Certificates are there to help new players. They shoud help you to decide what to train for your new shiny ship, that you just trained for. If you for example train for Rattlesnake (caldari and galente BS 1), you have absolutely no idea what type of missile launcher should you fit and what type of missiles and drones to use. Of course this is no problem for vets or at least middle experienced players. Otherwise it may help little more experienced newbies to know, what to train before they will buy it.

Im deffinitely for adding more certificates to the game and also I would like something like advenced recomended certs, that would help newbies to know, how to max respective ship's potencial.

Yes, I know RS is not the best example, as newbie will not have over 500M to buy it. But same apply to factions frigates and cruisers.

CCP really please dont use Upgraded, Limited, Experimental and Prototype in item names. It sounds like the item is actually worse than basic meta 1 item. Use Calibrated, Enhanced, Optimized and Upgraded. Its really easy to understand that the item is better than meta 1 and its also in alphabetic order.

By the time, the newbie can afford a faction frig+ on a regular basis, he should know, which skills to train.

I agree with this aswell. Should be easy to do too.
