SISI scanning broken

Can't seem to scan on SISI. On the solar system map, the low-accuracy red spheres and rings come up, but the high accuracy red dots are invisible, making scanning impossible. I have tried relogging, and logging in with different characters/acounts, and changing the solar system map settings. Nothing works.

This is especially frustrating since I have been planning to do a big wh SISI test this weekend for a while (been training SISI skills for 2 weeks, participated in a mass test for more sp, fit ships, etc...). However, I have no access to wh space where I want to test since scanning is broken :( Am I the only one having this problem?

Anyone have any idea how long it might take CCP to fix this?
