Eve is a sandbox... that means what happens in eve is down to us the players not CCP. That means if a group of players are getting out of hand then it's down to the rest of the player base to put them back in thier place.

This hand holding expectancy of a certain proportion of the player base is a symptom of the real world leaking through to eve.

I can't cope in the real world, the government is thier to hold my hand... I can't cope in eve CCP should be here to hold my hand too.

You are playing the wrong game then. CCP has made huge strides in catering to the casual and non-PVP players. CONCORDE was not in this game when it released, and on top of that, npc rats were much scarier than they are now, including camping on stations and orbiting outside your optimal and a lot more of them web and scrammed you.

You are complaining about a core concept of the game. The only truly safe place in EvE is docked in a station. If that isn't enough for you, go play Perpetuum Online. It has true safe zones. Whining about null sec players (which, funnily enough, has nothing to do with your only clearly stated complaint, which is about suicide ganking in high sec) and then about a fundamental mechanic of EvE with a sensationalist title is a waste of your time and energy and/or most likely troll bait.

I'll support the creation of 100% safe space IF:

1) There's no asteroid belts / ice
2) There's no planetary interaction
3) There's no anomalies of any sort
4) There's no missions or rats (after all, it's 100% safe)
5) You can't setup POSs
6) You can't lock anything

7) No industry of any sort!

So what would you do without all those? Well, you're safe to chat up the locals! Anything else and you're not getting my vote :D
