Clening up the downloaded data?

I installed the EVE ONLİNE. But i cleared the clean up downloaded data section(thought it gives me a setup folder) and that creates a 5gb mass in C:/.. What can i do to clean this mass up??

Note: As u can understand, english is not my native language.
Note2: I hope this massege sent right place.. :)
