One wonders how they can have a life, a job or a family while taking surprise emergency trips to Iceland and dedicated so much time to a video game. I make my own schedule and have a decent paying job, and I cannot fathom going to my boss and saying "my video game wants me to fly to iceland can I have time off?" Ugh


As for what they do...

It is commonly accepted that they represent their alliance's interests towards CCP, in the name of "what all of the rest of us are thinking"
