PODDING WAS LEGALIZED OVER A YEAR AGO(off station and gates of course in the main combat system)

I was going to test a new fit out on my ship and some one trolled to get me to come out to them with miss leading info and killed me with a titan. i only had a limited amount of parts to put on the fit to test It was non consensual combat and was a large inconvenience to me since i never got to test the fit.
