Whilst Testing something with my Corp mate Balura, On a station in FD Several other people opened fired and engaged me in combat without my permission.

Tylonian, Dooge and Xena were not given permission to attack me, and from my understanding this is a violation of test server rules.

These pilots have continued to harass me and my sov/pos mods. I have had to kill sov blocks several times already, and now they have killed the tower which had an Aeon in production.

The same character (DUDwheresMY nyx) engaged in non-consensual PvP while I attempted to repair the station's shields. Included are screenshots and the system log as proof.

Good day,

Darnello Cesaille is placing SBUs in M-OEE8 which I have had sov for quite a while. He has not attacked yet but I would rather not lose the strategic upgrades. We are trying to test jump bridge logistics and it takes a long time to get the required upgrade.

Violation of "Rules concerning POS, sovereignty and conquerable stations"

My alliance was first to claim SOV of G-7WUF and RNF-YH.
I have installed some POS for productions and some POS got attacked while one went into “reinforced” mode. Because of this my production went offline (took me quite long to install this production and now I’m in danger NOT to see the result before the next mirror)!
I have placed several containers in the systems which contain the request in the name to observe the test server rules. Obviously some players absolute not care about.
The attacking player is:
Zenomorphe, he is from the corporation “EldarRiders” which is member of the alliance “Ninja Unicorns with Huge Horns”
I request for permabanning this player from the test server (including alt accounts) as it is mentioned in the consequences of the

Rule violation has been done by Vai Kasenumi.
Combat with sharpscg, who is also stated on the killmail happened at a safespot a few minutes earlier and was agreed upon by both parties.

2 Parts:

Part 1:

SBUs were placed in X6AB-Y, iHub and TCU were killed and sov was taken over by the Takahashi Alliance. image proof.

SBUs were placed in X-R3NM, iHub was reinforced, station was reinforced.

The IHub was repaired and SBUs were destroyed by me and friends yesterday (the 15th of June). This morning, more SBUs were placed in system and the IHub was attacked again.

Since X6AB-Y was originally my system (was going to play with jump bridges), I have begun planting SBUs in X6AB-Y for the purpose of reclaiming the system, unless told otherwise I'm assuming I am allowed to retake my sov.
