He admitted to killing me, as shown below:

In any case, I got away from him before this so I can imagine him being angry with me getting away.

Multiple members of the corporation Clan McLoud part of Care Factor have put up SBUs and bashed station/ihub in X-R3NM which. They also put a TCU of their own up (in preparation from when they grab sov)

Violation of "Rules concerning POS, sovereignty and conquerable stations"

My alliance was first to claim SOV of G-7WUF and RNF-YH. Since 12.05.2014 players planted Sovereignty Blockade Unit’s in my SOV system G-7WUF.

I was not able to identify and warn the players (violation of test server rules) while the concord mail is not giving the required details.

I destroyed the Sovereignty Blockade Unit’s. Now I got a mail, that again players planted Sovereignty Blockade Unit’s, made my Territorial Claim Unit vulnerable and destroyed it. So finally the SOV for G-7WUF got lost for my alliance (also I was first who claimed the SOV)!
While attacking and destroying the Territorial Claim Unit I was able with the SOV concerning mail system to identify the attackers which violated the test server rules.
The involved players are:

stellar steve corporation: No-Mercy alliance: Spaceship Samurai
Stanislaus07 corporation: No-Mercy alliance: Spaceship Samurai
Xax Tannor corporation: No-Mercy alliance: Spaceship Samurai

I request to permabanning this players from the test server (including alt accounts) as it is mentioned in the consequences of the https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Test_server_rules

My Alt Dsclark was killed and podded unprovocked in the system HED-GP while my corp mate and I were testing ship tackling fits.

Time of incident was 23:13 eve server time on 5.17.14. There was no communication with this toon in local or by any other means. whitnesses include "tortatratotrigidron" and my corp mate "Faby Rasputin".
