I also have chat logs of them trying to fake that it was in a combat site, so if they appeal to this report all of what they are saying is a lie as i have alot of evidence not only the chat log but the video proof of the rag firing at station.

I'm kind of really tired of these guys constantly getting away with whatever they want. So I've made sure to provide you with more than enough evidence for CCP to actually do something about it.

First they bumped my super off station awhile ago but I cyno'd out before they could tackle me:

They then bumped my cyno off station and killed it.(can provide screens if requested)

I talked to ISD BH Tinystatue about it and in response he said this in local:

Today they bumped my super off station grid and although I was trying to warp back to station nearly the entire time I couldn't because of the bumps from the mach and they killed me.

As I'm sure everyone is aware, their group has consistently broken the test server rules while not contributing anything to the intended goal of the test server. I have watched them use every excuse in the book to get away with what they do. I would hope by now CCP would wise up and actually handle the situation permanently so that testing can go on in peace.

You do know that we are the ones that finds/reports most bugs/exploits that there are right?
So make your false reports and w/e, but better get you're facts right about things you don't know before saying them.

This has nothing to do with responding in defense of oneself to rule violations. I.E. I pay CCP lots of money so they shouldn't ban me from a server.

It is only floating space junk 100isk. Soon ill get around to reporting some people for taking my sov that actually affects peoples testing this is a waste of time those arrays were empty and unused while my solar systems were needed for a cyno field and a jump bridge. without it i cant and i didn't take a spare system because it would affect other peoples testing not having a place to take sov and i didn't want to push anyone into attacking my sov or anyon elses.

I've seen other people having the same happening to them aswell and it has happened to me a few times and it is annoying and no one wants to have to go out with dreads or super carriers lighting cynos to get there just to destroy sbu's that people have put up.

there is 8 of them after a while i put my own sbu's up. A few of my other systems have been sbu'd and attacked i think sbu's should be removed from the market or gone from sisi or made available to ccp or gm's only so they can test sov related stuff and the reporting forum wont be 35 pages long.

What is the point of having rules if people do not abide by them this is the second time i have been killed whilst boosting my friends orbiting station at 500 i have lost skills and faction fittings that make the fit fit. Very disappointed CCP :(
