What we have here is a case of someone who was laughing and giggling while this happened. In the video you will notice there was no asking to stop or any kind of notice of rules. It so happens he got angry at the people who he was playing with and now he want to try to get them banned. This is the same guy who was in a fleet with same guys and killing other people with them. I'd say this is not worth a second glance..since as he so eloquently put it..he removed it and now its back up because he's mad at those guys now.

This same group of people tackled and killed a nyx and avatar without prior consent for PVP tonight 10-17-13 at 03:30 evetime. The avatar was Panzerknack3r and the nyx was Middi M. Please do something about these guys.

He was in a safespot, you will find no screenshot of this with the station on grid.
He warped out, we scanned him and tackled him. He then brought the Avatar, we recruited people out of local, and had people come to his safespot where we were all clustered killing him.

If there is a rule I oversaw about killing supers off station/gates in the main fighting system, we need about 5 supers, and 10 or so titans reimbursed please.

Now please, everyone. Help CCP out here. Dont post a rule violation report without going through the rules and being 100% sure that what just happened to you IS INFACT a rule violation. Because it has gotten to the point where CCP just isnt banning anyone anymore.

Long story short, this guys has no clue what he is talking about, move along...

Mr. Titan pilot Panzerknack3r DD'ed me on station. I didn't make a big fuss stink over it. His Nyx alt was on station. Nyx warped off to a safe with aggro. Was scanned down a fleet went up and we commenced to take him down. Avatar comes back online and warps to Nyx in the safe we had bubbled. We neuted both and killed them. NOT on station and NOT in a non combat system. This Pontos guy had nothing to do with any of this. He just raged in local over something not related to him and then threatened retaliation against all parties involved for a set of supers that werent his.

The last 2 mirrors this person has attacked my SOV testing system that i have spent hours trying to build various things at the POS places i have setup and i have asked this person and i can only assume his alts at this point to please stop i have even cut and pasted the rules in local for him to review and his response is always that because he has this system on TQ that he has a right to it on the test server. i have sence lost the system and well have moved to another system however they prolly will continue to do this to ppl as it seems there just arent enough targets in the test system or enought empty systems to go get lol

I was attacked by Crazy Shrimp on the station in 6-CZ49 on two different characters. This one and William Husker Adama. First I was semi-AFK on the station and lost a Loki, including skillpoints and faction mods that are not seeded on the Test Server. After this incident I told Crazy Shrimp in local chat that fighting is not allowed on the station. He replied with the following:

Crazy Shrimp > sorry i didn't mean to do that

But I suspected he was trolling. On the second occasion I undocked a Vexor Navy Issue and placed it on the station so that it looked AFK, just to see if he would attack it and he did. He also killed a number of other ships on the undock.

I was able to recover some faction mods from the wreckage but I'm still missing one, and obviously the skillpoints.

Hopefully I can get those back and hopefully Crazy Shrimp will be banned as he is clearly intentionally disrupting activity on the Test Server and ignoring simple rules.
