If he is the CSM chair, here they are.

- Black Ops Battle Ships: Base maximum Jump Range and bridge to 5.0 Light years. Keep ship restrictions for bridging.
- Give all dog tags a bounty and a player use. I spend 99% of my time in EVE hunting officers in belts, I'm sick of tags and ammo that aren't worth the powder to blow them to hell.
- 3rd party war dec intervention. If you want to war dec an Indy corp, they can declare sponsors to fight for them
- Sailor moon skirts in the Noble Exchange. I'm serious, UMad?
- buff Webifiers to work based on hull so a cruiser web has more range and a BS web as well based on Optimals of turets on the ship.

Those are my "balancing issues". Forward them. It's your job.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the CSM don't suggest features to CCP. CCP pick features and run them by the CSM.

Thats the playerbase your thinking of. CCP picks things and forces them onto the playerbase. Not sure what they do to CSM.

Yeah the other CSM havnt been so prolific in GD as the mittani has been. Think some have been in jita corner lately. Think vile rat found religion and wont be running again this year. Thats what happened to him not sure about the rest.
