I feel that your head is too low in the shot. Your eyes are beneath the half way mark of the picture. I think it would look better, if they were higher up. Looking straight at the zoomed out version of your avatar, the centre of attention is your forehead. Not that interesting. I have to look down a bit to see your eyes.

And third your emotionless stare. This is kind of unfair to mention, as my avatar is no different, but to my excuse, I was going for an android like face, because I like how the facial implants mess with the bone structure. I don't think you were going for the same effect. If you were, just scratch this point.

I tried to get it as realistic and lookalike as possible(Look at the whole body ingame, and you'll see, what i mean).
And the eyes were the least changable thing. I wasnt satisfied with them after all. That is why i hide them. They rest is quite like i see myself(except for the hair. That is just a wishforfillment for me. In rl its leaving meLol)
And the backround should look like a used workplace. Because im a working class guy.
