Good composition with the Amar logo background, giving the appearance of horns.

Don't like the blank pupils though, too cliche.

Overall I like your portrait, but I would do a minor change with the lightsources to get rid of the shadows on your eye lids.
The shadows make you look a bit tired and worried.
