Very harmless thumbnail but like a punch in the face once you enlarge it and see all the details. I like those pictures.
But I would change the background. Your face is powerful, that scars and artificial eye are nasty- you should chose one of the monochrome backgrounds to focus the beholder's attention more on the face. 9/10

I sifted through every single background and I didn't care for any of them. I do like this one though.

The very sun of heaven seemed distorted when viewed through the polarising miasma welling out from this sea-soaked perversion, and twisted menace and suspense lurked leeringly in those crazily elusive angles of carven rock where a second glance shewed concavity after the first shewed convexity.

Okay, the face and the eyes are very good, but i don't like the smiling, you shouldn't smile.
The scar and the eyes are for a more serious and strong pilot. And i think the ears need some work.
But overall it is a great avatar 9/10

Doesn't look old nor wrinkly to me. The skin shouldn't be flawless like on a mannequin, which can be fixed by adding freckles for example Blink
In regards of your portrait. Well, i am not sure why people even use that "meiosis" background, which in case of your avatar composition looks like a framed sneeze. But it goes well together with cabbage head haircut, or is it a wig?

Hmm, previous versions looked much better imo, thus 7/10

oh almight eye shadows , tell me your secrets.

VERY nice facial compositions and the lip gloss compliments the pale features nicely. However , tuning the lip gloss down a bit wouldn't hurt .

Needs a bit more DRAMA and ACTION tho

I like it a lot, can't tell if that's a bra or clever positioning of shadows Big smile I like the eye's contrast against the shadow of the eye socket too.

Basically what I'm getting at is you look like you are straight off some recruitment poster for the navy. Kind of stiff but thats just the way the picture was taken. The avatar itself looks very straight laced and stern.
