Due to extended unavailability of TQ, some of the already accepted contracts, have passed their delivery deadlines or will pass it soon.

We ask all our customers not to fail them and give us couple hours, to allow successful deliveries of such contracts.

If you'd have any questions about your contract in progress or it's delivery time, please try to reach the pilot who has accepted it directly or join channel "RF Freight" for more information

Made my first contract. noob me didn't noticed that my BPOs was in some containers. So the colateral was sooo small. Thought my stuff was stolen by RF . But it wasn't. It was delivered . You made my day RF. Thank you very much for a gr8 service. Made a tip for u. Keep it that way. I recomend this best transport service!

I'd like to remind all our customer to always use proper collateral for your contract.
It's your protection against ganking/theft and if it's not accurate, you may loose money.

If the value of your goods exceeds 1bil, please split it into multiple Red Frog contracts or use Blue Frog services

Hello Guys,

Please remember to always use proper collateral for your contract.

This is why theft happens sometimes: Why my Contract was Stolen?

Please don't do that.

It's your protection against ganking/theft and if it's not accurate, you may loose money.

You do not pay the collateral yourself - it is covered by the accepting pilot.

In most cases using proper collateral for your cargo will eliminate the risk of a theft.

Please, under no circumstances leave the collateral field at zero.

In case your cargo exceeds 1B of value, pls split it into multiple contracts, or use Blue Frog.

Was just saved a costly mistake by Red Frog. I was putting up several courier contracts and one went up with no collateral Shocked The contract was rejected and I was promptly contacted to point out my mistake.

Red Frog is easily the best business in the Eve.
