I'm please to present you our newest annual report! Prepared by Spicy Frog and Locin WeEda (with me pitching in on some occasion)

It was a bumpy year, ganking became very popular then almost stoped. We started an insurance program to share that risk.

There was our first Awox incident, and also some theft, both are to be expected when you grow as fast as we've grown over the last 18 months.

We've had some great people join and take more part in management, some also left after 2 weeks because hauling wasn't really for them.

Some good manager left. Nataniya, Zaxix to name a few, some recently came back. Others are on leave (we all need some time off!)

I think what make Red Frog different is that it must be the most laidback corp in Eve, as it's a group of 150+ people hanging in the same non-combat corp, with almost no pressure, and no real drama.

Lastly, there's you, our customers, without you there wouldn't be no Red-Frog, and we wouldn't have stayed the #1 freight corporation of Eve Online for so many years!

my feedback using red frog freight.
first few contracts, i've set them up when i went to sleep, when i woke, they were finished, great job to rff(even if they were 2 jumps away)
after that 1 contract that tooked almost 24 hours(the pilot forgot to turn the contract in, i had to contact him/her, problem solved)
after that, 5 more contracts, a couple of jumps extra.
16 hours and they werent even accepted(small distance again).
so i decided to contact someone to see if they are getting on my jobs.
i've got a response on rf freight channel from a person in red frog freight that suggested i should turn to a rush job done by blue frog(even if it wasnt suposed to be a rush job anymore since alot of time passed.) for a 6x normal fee(6.25x actually)/trip.
i thought... meh, fk it, i need it delivered fast anyways, lets go, find me a pilot and lets do it.
he found a pilot for me, i talked a little bit with him and he summed it up to 2.5x rff fee per trip(left a tip ofc)

im really puzzled if this is just the lack of communication between pilots within red-frog or just an extortion attempt from a rff pilot.
overall experience : meh, couldv been better, should get my own freighter.

edit.
paid for a rush job, contracts were accepted at 12:43, atm 15:09 and still nothing(pilot said that it will take about an hour).
meanwhile i had another rush job done, 2 contracts almost same quantity and the same ammount of jumps in 30 mins or so.
overall experience:
not using rff/bff again.
(30 mil down the drain for nothing, atm i hope the 24 hours will be over and i can grab my collaterals, as a little compensation.)
updated. 20:26 and my rush job is finaly done(after 8 hours since contracts were accepted as rush and after over 24 hours since they were created)

no negotiation was involved. 3 people asking for 1 asking for a price and the other 2 for a different price.
