This is what i call an idiot trying to get away with murder by making up stuff that does not even makes sense. If a hacker transfered isk into an account, it would leave trace to him. Its stupid to do so, and counter productive as it puts a target on his accounts. CCP is correct. You bought isk and you are LUCKY ccp gave you some isk to help you. Personally i think all your accounts should be banned for a year minimum.

The complete lack of writing skill, which points at a general lack of intelligence and/or diligence. Anybody that wants to make a serious case for their innocence would do so in a logical, coherent fashion.

Then, he has no forum likes. A clear indication that he is guilty.

And last on the list, people who are innocent will typically deal with CCP and get their problem resolved. They won't feel all butthurt that they've been caught out and try to create a firestorm on the forums.

Assume for a moment you did get hijacked. I won't use the word hacked because again I don't think that was the case but I won't argue politics of words.

I'm having an issues with the idea that someone lifted your account took all your assetsand then put ISK on it? Usually if random players get hold of your account, they clear it out and dump it. They don't turn around and use it to buy ISK with. If they had money to buy ISK they wouldn't be stealing yours. 99.9% of people who play MMO's don't go around stealing MMO characters for the sport, not even in EVE.

Simply put, you ****** up somewhere. Not sure where but it cost you.\

Having had this account hijacked, I can say CCP do what they can. They can't babysit stupidity. Dont waste your time begging for my sympathy. You can't have it.

I have been reading these forums more or less daily for about 3.5 years.

In that time I have seen dozens of threads similar to this one.
Almost everyone of them had posts like yours that alleged that there exist dozens of similar threads in which the OP turned out to be guilty of whatever CCP accused him.

In all these years I have only seen a handful of posts (very sure that it's less than six) where this actually happened.

there have been a few (very few) spectacular cases in which CCP debunked an OP's claims, but most of these threads end like this one probably will - without presentation of any "proof" of either the OP or CCP being right.


As you seem to be pro regarding the burden of proof, I ask you to link at least 12 of these "dozens of identical posts" in which the OP was shown to be a liar.

That could be tricky, as usually that comes out in different threads (other than the numerous times you already mention) or in some cases in embarrased confessions in team speak or alliance mails.

Tell you what, keep reading the forums for another 3.5 years, then tack on a couple more for good measure, and we'll speak as equals on the subject. Blink

Only if you're a dumbass and click on links that allow keyloggers on your system or don't use adequate malware or virus checking software. I've been using the Internet since 1997 and never had a computer hacked since I have a clue.

If you get your account hacked its a very good chance it's your own fault.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...

THIS, its easier to exploit a stupid person through the countless ways mentioned in this thread than attempt to hack CCP's servers, it's not to say it can't be done as people circumvent other peoples security everyday but I'd reckon it would be easier to sit back while people enter passwords for you than attempting a mammoth task like trying to break CCP's security Straight

So let me get this straight, you bought ISK, and to cover your ass, gave all ISK and assets to ALT #34876435 (buy expensive small stuff, I.E. PLEX, warp to planet #3425874, jettison cargohold, alt #3487435 picks up cargo, nothing gets logged.) Then you cry to CCP and say that your acct got hacked. CCP Investigates, is nice and gives you back ISK "stolen." You cry further and CCP does more investigating and call you RMT. Then you call CCP a theif. Did I get that right?

ALSO, just to point out. When my acct got hacked, Impressively CCP locked my acct, contacted me letting me know what was going on, released the acct when investigation was over. Refunded me SP (skill que went dry during locked period) and all ISK lost without me even asking.

CCP also credited my acct for the days it was locked.
