I have discovered the hard way, that there are groups of pirate flyers who intentinally blow up their own friends in a special hauling ship [iteron some days] with a cargohold full of equipment but also have a specially wrapped packache called "PLEX"

this is not a real PLEX and no matter what , you cannot grab this.

You can however grab everything else in the wreck and fly to a safe station and wait the 15 minutes of death away. I have made millions and millions taking from these wrecks but have been blowed up quite a few times trying. USE CHEAP FAST CHIPS

The pirate gang that does this is called TEARS and had 10-20 people hiding in invisible mode, and unhide themselfs when its time that someone stolen from you
They are mean. and wardecced my corp i was in due to me finding their trick out.
That is fine i am in new undeckable corp.

These TEARSers are so vicious that they spent 60M on a explosion battleship to kill my 500k ISK frigate.

I must have made them rly mad.


My battleclinic investigation shows TEARS places these fake plex in Perimeter system and in Niarja system.

Oh, so you ARE a White Knight.

Well really man, we're not bullies at all. We're griefers, ninjas, and suicide gankers. We don't limit ourselves to picking on the weak like a bully would. Most of our players are newbs anyways, or at least behave like newbs. It's pretty well known that we are collectively horrible at this game, but we're better than average at blowing stuff up so we just shoot the rich, the stupid, and anyone else that happens to turn flashy red.

Its a trick pirates use?!?

Could it be a trick corporations use to catch theifs, like your self?

That said, we tried this trick in the past to see how i worked, and noticed that when a noctis took from the wreck, he didnt flagged as a theif (No going red). So we tested again, and every other ship than a Noctis went red. Im not saying this is still the case.

How it works:

You contract fx. a frigate as a courier to a corp mate. He fail the contract and gets a wrapped frigate in his hanger. This you can rename for what you like, ex. 30 days PLEX. You make a few of those contracts and rename them all.

Put the Rapped frigates in an iteron called Obelisk

Blow up the Iteron, and youll have a Gallente Industrial Wreck called Obelisk with 3-4 Wrapped boxes called 30 Days Plex.

The reson why you cant empty the wreck is because they take up 2500 m3 each (Frigate size) so you cargo problally aint big enough, but youll still be flagged as a theif for trying.

Another thing is, if anyone salvage the wreck, it will not turn into an container but stay as a wreck you cant salvage.

So an ugly trick to catch THEIFS or people with to long fingers.

I can not recoment this, as you become really unpoppular really fast.
