Time your POS siege (or whatever else) better. Its not like they start the downtime at a random time - you know when its gonna hit.

These things take time, so you have to start at some point(obviously!), and it just might happen to stretch across DT.
In fact - it often does. Some of us would like to also do other things than be glued to the screen all day...

The problem is if you take a serious deployment plan to a sysadmin and ask him what possibly could go wrong and how long that would take to fix, there would be no downtime estimate below 7 days.

Check with some of the BOV's about, if memory serves, Dominion expansion. That was DAYS offline! There was such NERDRAGE feedback that CCP actually gave out Skill Points to EVERYONE to make up for those who hadn't set a skill queue long enough. (Thats the reason why everyone's mantra is set a long queue at expansion rollout).

The recent expansions and subsequent technical based patch issues are nothing compared to the issues of years past.

Make sure you have something to actually complain about before making a complaint thread.

18 minutes doesnt qualify for your attempt to complain about anything here.
