[UI] Hotkey for Autopilot Route Optimization

Should be a very simple but effective tweak, just like the many once we have seen with cruicible

I would like to get a hotkeyable function for the route optimizer. The current method of switching over to starmap, switching to the appropriate tab, pressing the button is a pain ... not a megamonster pain like Sov-mechanics but an easy to remove pain.
