Meh, anyway just my observation on it. Other than finding it odd people don't use it more I don't particularly care either way, if you absolutely need to kill "everything" that passes through, move to NPC null.


The cloaks are expensive and they do have certain drawbacks - as you say. Yes you can refit in a station but then do you carry the cloak in cargo or keep going back to whatever station in the system you want to fight in?


As far as the op, the mwd cloak trick is one of the best mechanics in the game.

Actually I was talking in terms of people doing PvE, you can fit a nice hac or faction cruiser and use the MWD trick to get around. Then scan out sites system by system, and refit as needed. Or, since it's PvE, sometimes you don't even need to refit.

It's just like a cheaper version of flying a T3 Smile
