I feel that due to the nature of such political matters once a person of weak will is elected and "debriefed" on all the sekret stuff they change as a person and suddenly want to do what is best for the population rather then what the population wants or thinks is best for them..

I am hoping to be the person who remains more or less unchanged AFTER I am elected. So instead of sitting on a high perch like most of the current CSM I will not let the power go to my head. There is a reason Autistic people make great cops, enforcers and bosses. It is because we are very hard to corrupt.

Corruption is EXACTLY what has run rampant in the current CSM. I am NOT facinated by glory or bravado. I care not for rank or title beyond what they allow me to do for others and to that end myself (I am a philanthrophile).

So let me get this straight.

Approximately 2~3 months ago, you post yourself a video of Goonswarm vs Marcabian 5th fleet (or wtf its name is) and claim yadda yadda long war yadda yadda. (Thing is, we never heard of you or Marcabian wtf it's called.)

Prior to that, you start kicking up your forum activities, mostly anti-Goonswarm forum posts. Combined with the videos you post on youtube and the forum posts, you position yourself as a person who is claiming to be fighting against Goonswarm. (Which is false, because we never heard about you anyway.)

Then after getting some attention, you proceed to claim yourself to be the 'dark knight', fighting for the 'greater good', defining Goonswarm as the evil, and yourself as the righteous who fights for justice no matter what people say. (right...)

At this moment, I'm guessing 'well this guy's up to something. Surely one does not 'advertise' himself for no reason.' and soon find out why. You're running for CSM!

So in the end, what you did was that because nobody would give you a vote, you came to conclusion that in order to be the 'guy to speak to', the best possible action you could take was to be anti-Goon spokesman whom people can sympathize and give vote to.

You 'plan' to advocate FOR the players? One does not 'plan' to advocate for something or someone. Everything points to one thing: You wish to become a 'high figure' for your own personal gain, not for the players as you claim to be.

ps. Also tell us how the current CSM are corrupt. Is this just another claim of yours or are they really corrupt that evidences show?

You are?
Then accept my most sincere apology for the sarcasm.

I sure hope you're enrolled in one of the nation's premier psychology programs and not in one of those bottom-rung, worst-rated ones like Cornell, Rider, or - god forbid - the Texas Women's University.

You'd want to make the most of your education and not screw up all your potential in an educational crap-house that is only ranked decently in the Princeton Review's more comical attributes, wouldn't you?

I had a friend that went to one of those three...

...haven't talked to Jeff eversince...

But I digress.

**** you! My mom went to Texas Women's University and she's doing fine.

Hey Xenuria,

Incarna had many technical issues that played into the delay. Yes, there was a large amount of player controversy over it, but mainly because of how long it was taking to work through these technical issues. If Incarna had all come in one expansion which would then change CCP's focus back to spaceships, you would not have seen the outcry. Hell, I LIKE the idea of walking in stations and more player interaction because there are a large number of players who would be into that. I'm always willing to try something new, plus I remember how awesome Freelancer was. If I didn't like it, I'd just stay in hangar. But the facts did not line up with the promises.

Instead, we received a dank hovel or a door. It is extraordinarily time consuming to go from the platform to the quarters, which is why you can control most things from the landing platform, but also makes the quarters a bit redundant. We now have all racial quarters, which is nice, though some polish is still needed. Then there's the problem of how much resources it takes to have a decent looking space barbie walking around. Now multiply that by 50 or 100s if you're in a region capital. The average players' hardware would be overloaded or forced to use terrible settings to cope. Considering that Incarna is heavily aesthetics based, the latter would be a huge let down.

This was then compounded upon a couple dodgy expansions which were only half-implemented as well while many glaring problems remained unfixed. Look at how much stuff CCP got done after they reversed course. Imagine if they had been doing that the whole time, how much of this game could have been improved.

The main issue with CCP as a whole was that they were spreading themselves too thin. They were ignoring the spaceships aspect of Eve while developing Dust 514 and World of Darkness, as well as an expansion that did nothing to improve actual gameplay. I can understand how you are frustrated with what actually happened from your point of view, but I think you may be focusing too narrowly upon Incarna and not the health of CCP and Eve in general. Subs were going down, being cancelled, etc. Player log ins dropped. If CCP kept steering the ship into the Maelstrom, the game itself was in jeopardy.

Walking in Stations will come, but it already had a LONG way to go before it could be fully implemented, so in the meantime, fixing stuff that needs to be fixed and finishing the half-implemented previous expansions in order to keep the company financially solvent is of greater concern than doggedly finishing Incarna.

I too, am very interested in the topic of "hockles".

Please weigh in on the subject Xenuria.

Hockles is a perpetual little boy that hangs out on my ventrilo. He is kinda like the comic relief because when situations on vent get stressful he will just say something stupid or childish and everybody laughs. He has been 15 for like... years now..

mother of god

The last thing I want in eve is more kids. Eve is for adults. Eve is designed in such a way that if a child like hockles tries to hockjob his way into the game he will find it "boring". this is working as intended.

The level of sophistication keeps the kids out.

Thats an old one...

Well we were playing WOW and he said he would ... if I gave him an item in game. People on vent heard this and this was one of the primary forces of satire in the article.

Hockles is painted as the innocent boy and me as the predator when ironically I spend most my free time flagging such people and reporting them to the proper people.

I have several audio clips that confirm what I am saying.. You should check my youtube page.

You get the idea. Basically by some cosmic luck this vent happens to house many people all very different from each other yet also similer in interests. The conclusion of my study will hopefully prove that video games and internet drama can unite any group of people no matter how different they are.

Eve is a place full of bittervets, what will you do to lure young people to this game?

I want to make the distinction between young people and people inexperienced with eve. I do not want children playing a game like eve that is aimed at an older audience. However I would like to see new players join the community and bring more varied types of people into eve and that is why I am attempting to appeal to a wider audience with most the changes I intend to make.

To the best of my knowledge I have never been banned for such a thing. Granted I have been banned from many websites but the most common ban reason I get is anything along the lines of "troll" or "trolling". I do not have an obsession with drawing anything, I do not draw at all. the last time I drew anything was when I was taking life art. So I think you got some bad information. The only thing I can think of that matches what you are accusing me of is some video I watched about HP lovecraft. His creations sometimes have crazy genitals all over the place.

But yeah don't believe everything you read online.
