Sansha will attack random 00 solar system (Own By Alliance/Corp),at a limit time if the army is not destroy,the 00 solar system will not belong to any allance or corp,and CCP also can reward something for the victory of defend their own land.

I can see this being an immensely popular idea.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...
