GRAVIT NEGOTII ARE SCAMMERS

So I was advertising looking to rent sov space when this guy PBATT contacted me saying he had sov available. He is corp CEO so seems legit. Only catch was he needed a deposit up front, which I negotiated down to 500 mill on condition my alt who can fly orca support joined their team. First mistake, the deposit should have struck alarm bells.

Anyway I sent the deposit and they gave me a system in null, off on my merry way. Second mistake I didn't check Dotlan to make sure they had sovereignty. And soon as my orca pilot was in their corp they asked him to join fleet for "boosts". Second alarm bell? I should have known better but I thought these guys just wanted to boost their mining rates.

Before I get to null my orca is in their system and suddenly pulled into corp, next thing I know I've got warp scramblers on me and cannot go anywhere there's 6 of them in ships around the gate demanding 200 mill to let me go. I realised I'd made a mistake but I wasn't going to hand them over any more money so I said no, at which point they start shooting at me. After a short while they stop and then make a different demand, if I eject the orca they will let me go and keep the sov space. So I agree, as after all that is what I wanted. I watch my orca fly off into the distance (well, from docked at a station, but when I got back it wasn't there) and when my main arrives at the "sov" there's half a dozen other players and I'm chased down and almost podded before I get out of there. So a warning to anyone who believes offers to rent space are genuine, if they ask for a deposit it's likely a scam. If GRAVIT NEGOTII offer you sov or try to recruit you to corp, it's a trick!

You need to have a more believable alt for this, but otherwise 9/10.

I also heard there's this guy who's been grudging me and ruining the reps of my corps for, like, 8 months? Typical demonfuge move :3

OP is connected to Energy Core 1, Energy Core 2 who like to recruit people into their corp and gank them.

Proof

Moar proof

It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people. Lol

*edit - EnergyCore 1 and 2 are also part of the green, red, blue, yellow Energy systems series of corporations.
