Client Not Responding When Launching

Ok I have this ridiculously annoying issue since last patch. If I reboot my computer, I can launch my clients just fine. ( I run up to 3). If I launch the second client it wont even load the login screen, immediately it will say CCP EXEFILE has stopped responding, leaving me with a pure blank white window and it shows as not responding. However If I reboot I can launch 3 clients no problem. Also If I am playing on a single client and log off for awhile and then relaunch I get the same "not responding issue" I will have to reboot every time just to play eve.

Tried with no success;

1. Completely uninstall, deleted all temp files, rebooted and reinstalled from fresh download.
2. Repair utility.

You are lucky, ever since the new patch I can't even get past the splash screen dropping (splash screen loads, then eventually disappearing leaving the rest of my computer stuck Sad) and I can't get windows task manager to end the process. I end up having to completely shutdown the computer (hold down the power button) every time I attempt to open EVE.

I tried reinstalling a few times now, especially after seeing the repair file didn't actually have a log file to report to. After deleting and reinstalling the new repair file it "works" but EVE still won't get past the splash screen dropping. I have 22 hours left on my account.

The sad part is the day I was going to buy and apply a PLEX to my account so I could keep going, this happens.

I hope the devs figure out something soon as I see similar things are happening to others as well. I may have to get my account reactivated to buy and apply a PLEX it seems. The problem is apparently very perplexing to the devs (saw a dev post about trying to recreate what happened and he/they were having problems), but hopefully they have it fixed soon... fingers crossed
