Can an alliance member use a manufacturing slot of another corp pos in said alliance if the items are inside ready to be used?

Longer answer: The only thing alliance members can do with POS slots are jobs that require no additional materials after the BPO and deliver no items other than the original BPO at completion. This means ME and PE research only. Smile
