Unoccupied c2 with no effects contact me in-game for a quick sale

The class, C2 in this case, of the w-system is only a small part of what potential buyers are looking at. The easiest way to help buyers is to provide the system name ... e.g. J123456. Once they have the name people can check most details for themselves.

It's usually easier for the customer if you provide some of the details yourself, and title your posting so it also provides more info. If nothing else this shows people that you understand w-space and what they might be looking for.

Perhaps:
- Title to include important details, such as system class, static WH config, system effects, PI, and ?occupancy info: "WTS: J123456 - C2 static-C4/hisec, no effects, great PI, empty".
- Provide system name. There is very little risk that someone else will find it an steal it from you, and it does allow us to check details via eve eye or whatever else we use.
- provide important info. Most people can get the main info from the name, but it does no harm to add that t your posting. The main info is: Static WHs; System effects; PI suitability; and Occupancy. With the advent of POCOs it's also going to become more important to specify CO status. Mentioning occupancy may seem useless but it does show that you have at least checked and IMO you are better to advise "2 old offline towers from defunct corps" than to leave ppl wondering.
- Provide sale info. Price? Transaction details (third party etc). Available time.

Also, if you're wanting to find and sell w-systems you should probably also be willing / able to leave a scanner there to babysit the system while you seek buyers. Not much is sold during the duration of a single wormhole.
