Improve reloading

Issue i have, especially when bashing structures, is that Amarr have this ability to sit there all day and never have to worry about reloading, while everyone else must pay closer attention and remember to restart their guns/launchers. Its not so much a lazyness issue as bashing structures is a naturally dull activity (with exceptions), but a fairness issue as during the many dull bashes, one class of ships can start guns then just make sure they keep tabs on voice comms, while other ships must setup a regular timer or pay more attention to their guns.

I suggest either one of two things be implemented.

1. Have guns resume firing automatically after reloading.

or

2. Ammo is taken directly from the cargo bay and the 10 sec timer is only used when changing ammo type.

All warfare is based on deception and logistics. Battles and soldiers are secondary priorities.

2. Ambivalent on this one. However, reloading is 5 sec now (well, hybrids anyway).

There's always option 3 --> Train Amarr.

I would be in favor of option 1. Option 2, not so much.

Meh. Unless the Amarr ship gimps its fit by having cap mods or removing heatsinks it's going to run out of cap at some point, so it's not like you can be completely AFK. It's probably a bit unbalanced, but not gamebreakingly so.

I would like the option to 'queue' up ammo.
