Sisi Skills

I'm certainly not new to EVE itself, but I'm new to the Sisi experience and this forum seemed better suited to my question than the technical support sub-forum.

Regarding the skills trained on Sisi... I'm used to the World of Warcraft style PTR (player test realm) where every now and again they open it up, allow character creation/copying from the live servers for testing and what not. However, here in EVE, Sisi is open constantly and stuff gets mirrored -- that's where my question comes in.

I have my set of skills on Tranq and there is the mirrored character on Sisi. If I decide to train up say, carriers for example on Sisi, if a mirror happens, what happens to anything I've trained on Sisi versus what is live on Tranq? does it all simply get merged together or does it get overwritten and replaced? thus having to train again?

Much appreciated!

I beleive when they do a mirror any skills you trained on Sisi that were not trained on the live server would be gone as the mirror is a copy of the live server at the time of mirroring.

Whenever a mirror happens, they completely delete all info from Sisi and copy the TQ data from that moment onto Sisi. So whenever there's a mirror, everything you had done previously on Sisi vanishes.

The "free" SP you get for participating in the Mass tests usually get reapplied when a mirror is done. I think it's limited to the last 5 tests they ran (whether you made them or not). This is a manual thing by one of the Devs/GM/whoever though so it sometimes takes a little bit of time between a mirror being done and the SP being applied.

Other than that, when a mirror happens SISI takes the data from TQ, and anything you did on SISI since the last mirror is gone. You can find out what they've done with mirrors here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=6352&find=unread
